David Taylor

FOUNDER & CEO | GROW: in London

David soon found his passion in Marketing and went on to work at Microsoft Advertising [Xbox LIVE] and Cisco before turning to the world of Start-ups, working as Head of Marketing at RedCloud and New Business Marketing at Currencycloud

Now he's running GROW: in London - the Start-up Friendly Marketing Agency, helping Start-ups GROW: in London, and beyond. 

When he's not doing that, David is a B2B Marketing Mentor advising at Virgin StartUpStart-up Kitchen and Faculty Expert (Sales & Marketing) at Serious Impact U.K.

Nick Butcher

Partner | HR Strategy Pro

Nick has been an HR Professional for over 10 years and has held senior HR positions within both Corporate Multinational and SME Companies.

In 2017 he co-founded HR Strategy Pro with the aim to bring Big Company Strategic thinking to Start-Up and SME Businesses.

Nick achieved his Level 7 Diploma in International HR Management in June 2017 and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. 

He is also a Business Mentor for Virgin Start-Up.
