Having spent 16 years as a player for Sale Sharks, Saracens, England and the British and Irish Lions, Charlie retired from professional rugby in 2016. With several Premiership and European titles to his name, Charlie set up Charlie Hodgson Performance to use that elite sporting experience and work as an executive coach helping individuals and teams enhance their performance in business.
Charlie is a member of the Association for Coaching and holds the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
Nick has been an HR Professional for over 10 years and has held senior HR positions within both Corporate Multinational and SME Companies. In 2017 he co-founded HR Strategy Pro with the aim to bring Big Company Strategic thinking to Start-Up and SME Businesses.
Nick achieved his Level 7 Diploma in International HR Management in June 2017 and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. He is also a Business Mentor for Virgin Start-Up.
David found his passion in Marketing early in his career and went on to work at Microsoft Advertising [Xbox LIVE] and Ciscobefore turning to the world of Start-ups, working as Head of Marketing at RedCloud and New Business Marketing at Currencycloud.
Now David is running GROW: in London - the Start-up Friendly Marketing Agency, helping Start-ups GROW: in London, and beyond. When he's not doing that, David is a Mentor at Virgin StartUp & Start-up Kitchen and a Faculty Expert (Sales & Marketing) at Incubator Serious Impact UK.
