Q. how do you work with your clients?
A. At GROW: we are flexible when it comes to working with our clients, but how we work today typically falls in to three categories:
CLIENTS WITH SENIOR MARKETING RESOURCE
GROW: act as a trusted advisor, working with the Senior Marketing resource to Audit previous activity and devise a future-proof Marketing Strategy and Campaigns.
CLIENTS WITH JUNIOR MARKETING RESOURCE
GROW: act as an Outsourced CMO.
Easing the workload of the Senior Leadership Team, we handle the Marketing Strategy and manage the Junior Marketing Resource – helping them develop their skills along the way.
CLIENTS WITH NO MARKETING RESOURCE
GROW: become the go-to Marketing implementation partners. A fully outsourced model, we handle Marketing Strategy and Tactics end-to-end. From conception, to development through to implementation and reporting.
Q. Do you work on a retained basis?
A. Each client and each project is unique. Depending on the work required, we work on either a project-by-project basis or on a rolling 30-day contract.
We never oversubscribe our client-base which allows us to dedicate our whole focus on each one of our clients - giving them the attention they deserve.
Q. Do you offer hourly sessions?
A. Outside of running GROW: in London, our Chief GROWer David Taylor is also a Mentor at Virgin StartUp and Start-up Kitchen - he is open to discussing any Marketing challenges you may be facing at a rate of just £175/hr.
